Where is the Afari made?
The Afari is produced in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

What should I do if I have a question about my order?
Reach out to our team at support@gomobella.com with your name and order number. Be sure to include details about your questions or issue so we can work to address it as quickly as possible. Or check our product documentation for details on the Afari.

Where does Mobella deliver to?
Free white-glove delivery and fitting is available throughout the continental United States either directly from Mobella or through one of our regional partners.

Depending upon your location, your Afari will either be personally delivered and fitted to you by one of our team members or you will need to go to a local partner's location for your fitting. Once you place your order, our customer service team will be in touch throughout the process to schedule your delivery date and fitting. If you live outside our initial delivery areas and would like to inquire about having an Afari shipped to you, email us at support@gomobella.com.

Who can I talk to if I have a product suggestion?
At Mobella, all feedback and suggestions are welcome. If you have a design or product idea we should know about, email us at hello@gomobella.com.

Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For the Afari as well as its accessories, Mobella offers a 30-day return policy. To request a return, please email customer service at support@gomobella.com with “Return Request” in the subject line. Please make sure to include your order number in the email.

We are not able to accept returns of products damaged due to negligence or misuse. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or defective or falls within the terms of our warranty. In those instances, Mobella will refund the shipping cost for ground or economy return shipments.

Warranty

Can I be reimbursed for my Afari?
Afari All-Terrain Walkers are eligible for reimbursement with flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement accounts (HRA) without a prescription. For more detailed information, please consult IRS Publication 969 or see your tax advisor.
